Lock Direction TIPS:

When the main operator cabin on the left side use clockwise opening, counterclockwise to open when the right;

This lock need to open twice, it will stucked at the 45 degree place in the first opening, cause there have a half slice as resistance shrapnel, turn all as 90 degree after relieved the lock cylinder and can be open the lock;

when return this lock, it will stucked at 45 degree again, still need to relieve the resistance to return the shrapnel;

Lock Introduction:
This type of lock include:

10 x wafers,

3 x kinds of teeth depth numbers, they're #1, #3, #5 (#1 is the deepest ; #5 is the most shallow one)

You can find the 10 wafers in the door lock, ignition lock and the trunk lock, there are 4 groups of shrapnel in the glove box;

Special Skill TIPS:

TOY48 internal milling 4 track opening method and cut the key:
Internal milling 4 track key, it means have 4 working track, so called 4 track, but both side of this key are same, this tool including A group 2 pry bar and B group pry bar

Unlock Instructions:

About this lock, can be decoded the bitting number of A group and B group, then please note down all the bitting numbers, which help to unlock the lock cylinders

(Directly decode the bittings # is a very convenient function when you need to make new keys)

Way to decode bittings:

1. Push rod thrust augmentation towards the left and compressed, meantime, use pry bar A to press the shrapnel which can touched one by one, after compressed, pry bar indicated by the numbers is just the teeth number of the shrapnel,according to this way,Push rod thrust augmentation towards the right and compressed, use pry bar B to press the shrapnel which can be touched one by one,can be read out B group teeth number,

Note:1.this way can be called "strengthen left read A, right read B"

2. It need pry bar to compress the shrapnel when read number. but don't make it moving, if shrapnel moved like when we open the lock before, so can't read number, need operate again,

3. This way can't available for every car lock, this way only limited the internal constructions of lock cylinder;

This lock have A group and B group, and its 5 group half slice, total is 10 slices, A group 5pcs and B group 5pcs,No.1 is the most deepest, we can called its closest the edge,NO.5 is the most tallest, when cut the key,5 don't need cut, just cut 1,3,please adjust the angle, make it straight, put 2 slice together and insert keyhole, then testing, if turned, please adjust the angel more slippery;

Now known the teeth number and opening:

Open A group first, this lock towards tailstock open, port to the rear of the car,

Open the 3 and 5 of A group, after finished, then open the 3 and 5 of B group, pay attention to control the magnitude of the pry bar, after opened the A-B group, turn the lock as 45 degree, after turned 45 degree, this lock have to go on opening B group,

After open the lock, need turn the lock, its 3,5 of B group, control the dynamics;
